Aurellia sells premium imitation and anti-tarnish fashion jewellery. Our products are not made of precious metals or gemstones unless explicitly stated on the product page. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colour and finish may vary slightly due to photography lighting and individual display/screen settings.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors, and to cancel any order arising from such an error, even after an order has been confirmed. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once the order is placed through checkout.

4. Payments

We accept payments via secure online payment methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) processed through Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery where available. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers — these are processed directly and securely by our payment partner.

5. Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Aurellia name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and design — is the property of Aurellia and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aurellia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
